Collector care

What arrives with the painting.

A painting at this level is a record as much as an object. Everything needed to insure it, resell it or bequeath it travels with it.

Certificate of authenticity

Signed and numbered by the artist, stating title, year, medium, exact dimensions and collection. It is registered in our archive under your acquisition number.

Condition report

Photographed under raking and even light before crating, with notes on surface, edges and any intentional texture. A second report is issued on arrival if you request one.

Valuation for insurance

A written valuation at acquisition value, reissued on request every three years so your household or corporate policy stays current.

Lifetime archive

We keep a permanent record of every work sold: owner of record (privately held), exhibition history and any restoration. Should you sell, that record travels with the painting.

Care

Keep the work out of direct sunlight and away from air-conditioning outflow. Dust with a dry sable brush only. We will advise on lighting for the specific palette of your work at no charge.
